MEDITATION / SPINNING DESIGN: A spinning band of the sterling Rigger pattern and 14K gold-filled bands encircle a wide, hefty ring of hammered sterling silver. 

AS A MEDITATION RING: Playing with the moving portion of the band gives the hands something to do and the repetitive motion helps to soothe and calm the mind. For those who practice the art of meditation, this can be a helpful tool. With practice, the wearer can simply sit quietly and meditate on the spinning band, while surroundings can be tuned out and a sense of calm and serenity results. Because the ring is always with you, meditation techniques can be practiced anywhere, anytime.
