MEDITATION / SPINNING DESIGN: A spinning band of the sterling Rigger pattern and 14K gold-filled bands encircle a wide, hefty ring of hammered sterling silver.

AS A MEDITATION RING: Playing with the moving portion of the band gives the hands something to do and the repetitive motion helps to soothe and calm the mind. For those who practice the art of meditation, this can be a helpful tool.
