I know how important your jewelry is to You and yours, and it must fit properly and safely. If you need resizing for your jewelry, and it’s due to any error on my part, of course, I will gladly resize or remake your jewelry at no charge to you.
If you've mismeasured, or just need a bit of a size adjustment, we should be able to resize your jewelry for a perfect fit.
Some resizing is as simple as cutting, filing and re-finishing, but many times, a resizing will require us to make you a completely new piece. New collars are needed when your collar must be enlarged, or sometimes if your collar has wire wrapped accents.
The pricing is to cover labor and the cost of material. Shipping charges will be added to cover shipping the resized jewelry back to you.

NOTE 2: We *usually* cannot resize custom ENGRAVED COLLARS. Please contact us to find out if it's possible for your jewelry.
TIME FRAME: Resizing usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time I receive your package, but may vary according to the volume of my orders. During holiday seasons, this may be a bit longer.

PLEASE INCLUDE THIS INFO AND SEND WITH YOUR RESIZE ORDER. I've received resizing orders with no return address, no notes, no nothing! I've had to wait until someone contacts me again before I know what I'm supposed to do. I receive messages thru my website, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, gmail, Amazon and more, and it's almost impossible to find a message sometimes.
