The wire wrapping the collar had broken after years of consistent use. I contacted Francesca and explained the situation and she had me ship it to her for repair. I recently got the repaired collar back and we are very happy with both the product and Francesca's service.

There was an issue with my order, but it was handled perfectly!! Not only that I got the product again and like the way I wanted it to be! The shipping costs for sending the first one back were taken from the business and we got an extra gift as an excuse for my troubles. The handcuff looks and fits perfectly! I would recommend this shop to everyone that is into that kind of relationship and is in need of a proper jewelry!

Not only is the product top notch, so is the aftercare of your purchase.I wear my collar full time and was in need of polishing and reshaping. Francesca was amazing at making sure it was taken care of! They actually care about keeping their customers and have one for life! You will not be disappointed!!

I ordered my bracelet a few years back, and I wear it every day. Doing any and everything and because of that, it had seen better days. One of the wire bands was starting to come undone and started to snag on alot of things. I reached out to see what suggestions the seller had to fix these issues. TO MY SUPRISE!!! She told me she would gladly fix it herself if I sent it to her! Talk about amazing customer service!!! To be totally honest, I was totally prepared for a 'you'll have to buy another one' or something of the likes because that's how most people are these days. But nope!!! I sent off my bracelet and it's since returned, and the wire that was coming undone was completely replaced!!! I highly recommend this shop and will be doing business with then again!! ❤️❤️❤️
