Although these are totally 'adjustable', and you may be able to wear a range of sizes, if you'll provide your nipple a size, we can make sure they're close to a perfect fit :D

Remember, measure each nipple as they are often different.

An easy way to measure your nipple size is to use thread. Roll the thread around the nipple and then measure its length. After recount it in diameter.

Some people have nipples that relax a little after the rings are first put on. In that case, you may want to order a slightly smaller size.

Here is the way to use this printable :

First cut the holes in this page, the nipple must be erect.

Gently put the nipple through the hole that looks like might be right size.

You may have to try several different sizes to find the right one. It should fit snug enough for the nipple to remain in the hole, but not tight or makes you feel uncomfortable.
MAY NOT BE SUITABLE:

Some nipples will not stay erect while squeezing these rings. Unfortunately, the rings may not work for those people.

Nipples that are cone-shaped, may or may not work, depending on the cone-shaped arch.

And inverted nipples won't work.
