Be sure to choose your size from the drop-down menu. This collar is made to lay at the center of the throat/neck. (Measure at center of throat, placing your fingertip under the tape measure, or add up to 1/2 inch for safety and comfort. The collar is sized for locking. A little adjustment can be made by the way the loops are placed in the locks.
