She absolutely loves them, they look great in person too, not just in the photos online. My only criticism would be the lock itself, which isn't particularly sturdy. Its a beautiful set of day cuffs, but I'm not sure they'd stand up to being play cuffs.
Also, I had ordered these late for the wife's birthday but emailed Francesca and asked if it was possible to turn it around s little quicker to get here in time. The original timeline was to be delivered 3/15, it arrived on 3/5, 3 days before her birthday and 10 days earlier than expected. Awesome customer service. More than happy to keep giving my business to My Secret Heart Studios.
