CHOOSE YOUR SIZE ~ be sure to choose your size from the drop-down menu. To measure, use a soft tape measure and measure at the wrist bone and add ½ inch for comfort and freedom of movement. The cuffs will be sized for locking. A little adjustment can be made by the way the loops are placed in the locks. Placing the loops on both sides of the lock will give a looser fit, or tighten slightly by placing both loops on the same side of t the lock. See photos.
