NIPPLE SIZE PRINTABLE GUIDE

Here is the way to use this printable guide :

1. Print the guide. Be sure in the printer settings, use "100% scale" (clear the tick "adjust by the page size")

3. Use a ruler to measure the printed circles to make sure the sizes are printed correctly.

4. Carefully cut the hole with the nearest to your size and gently put the ERECT nipple through the hole that looks like might be right size. You may have to try several different sizes to find the right one. It should fit snug enough for the nipple to remain in the hole, but not tight or makes you feel uncomfortable.

• Although these are totally 'adjustable', and you may be able to wear a range of sizes, if you'll provide your nipple a size, we can make sure they're close to a perfect fit :D 
• Always measure ERECT NIPPLES.
• Remember, measure each nipple as they are often different. 
• An easy way to measure your nipple size is to use thread. Roll the thread around the nipple and then measure its length. After recount it in diameter.
• Some people have nipples that relax a little after the rings  are first put on. In that case, you may want to order a slightly smaller size.
