Measure at the base of throat, placing your fingertip under the tape measure, or add up to 1/2 inch for safety and comfort. The collar is sized for locking. Your jewelry will be handcrafted for you after you place your order. It could take 14-21 days to complete your order, but I work diligently to complete orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped sooner. If you have a special date/event and need the order sooner, email me BEFORE ordering and I may be able to confirm an earlier shipping date.
