PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION
We do not accept customization requests on wholesale orders If it's a simple thing, like changing a gemstone, we can discuss it.

RETURNS, DAMAGE & REPAIRS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, or a piece is damaged or broken during shipping, please contact me within 14 business days of receiving your order and BEFORE returning any items. Please allow me the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving negative feedback. A refund will be issued once the item is returned. Items must be undamaged from wear and be resell-able. The buyer is to pay the return shipping charges and I will either resend another item or refund the amount of the items.
