This collar is made to lie at the center of the throat/neck. Measure at center of throat, placing your fingertip under the tape measure, or add up to 1/2 inch for safety and comfort. The collar is sized for locking.
Size adjustments will be made for free, with the shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer.
