Collar just arrived and I am overwhelmed with the quality, design and presentation. It was so wonderful to receive but also a pleasure to unbox. The inclusion of the personalised note and the instructions for safety on the package containing the lock really was wonderful to get, showing that their is care and attention put into every piece and that safety and security within the community is paramount. Which for me is extremely important.
