HOW TO GET YOUR JEWELRY RESIZED

WHAT DO I DO IF MY COLLAR NEEDS TO BE RESIZED?

You must contact me before sending your jewelry to be resized. Once we’re in agreement on pricing, I’ll create a listing or invoice for any charge.

I know how important your jewelry is to You and yours, and it must fit properly and safely. If you need resizing for your jewelry, and it’s due to any error on my part, of course, I will gladly resize or remake your jewelry at no charge to you. Some resizing is as simple as cutting, filing and re-finishing, but many times, a resizing will require me to make you a completely new piece.

I’m sorry, but we cannot resize custom engraved jewelry.

COST:

REDUCTION: no wire accents = $16 plus $8 s/h

REDUCTION: with wire accents = $22 plus $8 s/h

ENLARGING: with no wire accents = $35 plus material cost and $8 s/h

ENLARGING: with wrapped accents = $50 plus material cost and $8 s/h.

COLLARS:

New collars are needed when your collar must be enlarged, or if your collar has wire wrapped accents that are measured and strategically spaced. The pricing is to cover labor and the cost of more silver and gold. Once you determine you need resizing, please contact me for pricing. Once we’re in agreement on pricing, I’ll create a listing or invoice.
