Once the deposit is received, this is considered a contract.
Photos will be sent for final approval before balance is due and order shipped. Customer has the right to cancel and any deposits paid are refundable if MSH does not complete the order be the agreed upon deadline. Otherwise, once the deposit is paid and the materials are ordered, the deposit is non-refundable.
Custom designs are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. But I will always work with you, so if there is a problem after you receive your order, please contact me and I'll work with you to resolve any problem.
