BEST FITS 16.0 inches, cannot be reduced, but we can add chain to fit up to size 18.0 if you'd like. Again, just leave a message during checkout.
HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SIZE: Most solid collars are made to fit in the center or base of the neck. They do not taper, so keep this in mind. Use a soft tape measure to take the measurements. Keep the tape close to your skin, but don't pull tight. Add 1/2 inch for comfort and freedom of movement.
